Help Simba Get Back on All Four Paws!

Our beloved Simba, Marissa's sweet and energetic pup, has unfortunately suffered another setback in his journey to full health. Just as we were celebrating his recovery from a torn ACL surgery on his left knee in December – a challenging four-month healing process that finally earned him a clean bill of health from the vet – fate dealt a cruel blow.

In a heartbreaking accident right after receiving this wonderful news, Simba injured his other leg while getting into the car. It breaks our hearts to share that he has now torn the ACL in his right knee, requiring another costly surgery.

As many of you know, Simba's previous surgery was a significant expense, and the recovery was long and difficult. After months of careful care and patience, we were so thrilled to see him finally pain-free and back to his happy self. This second injury is devastating, both emotionally and financially.

The estimated cost for Simba's second ACL surgery is upwards of $5000. This unexpected expense comes at a challenging time, and while we are committed to doing everything we can for our furry family member, the financial burden is significant.

Simba is more than just a pet; he's family. His playful spirit, loving cuddles, and unwavering loyalty bring so much joy to our lives. He deserves to run and play without pain, and we are determined to give him that chance.
