Hi, my name is Omar and I am fundraising for my cat Simba.

Simba is a 9 year old Persian who joined our family shortly after my grandmother passed away. We were going through a very difficult time, and Simba became a source of comfort, routine, and healing for all of us. He brought warmth back into our home when we needed it most, and he has truly been family ever since.

Recently, Simba began struggling to eat and crying when chewing. After a veterinary visit, we learned that he needs dental surgery under anesthesia, including multiple extractions and follow-up care. This procedure, along with required medication, bloodwork, and recovery appointments, will be a significant financial cost.

I work full-time and help support my family, and this unexpected medical expense is beyond what I can manage alone. Simba was there for us when we were grieving, and now I am doing everything I can to help him through his pain and get him healthy again.

The funds raised will go toward:

• Dental surgery and anesthesia

• Medications and pain management

• Pre-surgery bloodwork

• Follow-up care and any complications

• Emergency care if needed

To ensure every part of his treatment is covered, including any unexpected costs, I have set the goal at $5,000. If anything remains after Simba is fully treated, I will donate the remainder to a local animal rescue.
