Help Me Chase My Dream of Playing Professional Soccer

My name is Simao Silva, and soccer has always been more than just a sport to me—it’s my passion, my dream, and the path I’ve been working toward my entire life.

Recently, I was given an incredible opportunity: I was accepted into the S.L. Benfica Residential Soccer Academy in Florida. This academy is designed to develop young players at a professional level while also allowing them to continue their education. Being accepted into a program connected to such a respected club is something I’ve dreamed about for years, and it’s a huge step toward my goal of becoming a professional soccer player.

However, the total cost to attend the residential program—including housing, schooling, training, meals, and travel—comes to about $70,000. Unfortunately, my family is not in a financial position to afford this opportunity on our own. As much as we want to make this dream happen, the cost is simply more than we can handle.

That’s why I’m asking for help.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help me take one step closer to attending the academy and continuing my development as both a player and a student. This opportunity would allow me to train with professional coaches, compete at a high level, and work toward a future in soccer while also continuing my education.
