Hello everyone my name is Francisco Ochoa im reaching out to you with heavy heart and plea for help. My wife Silvia just turned 68 this November she is a very sweet and kind woman that enjoys singing, dancing ,and sharing time with our grandchildren. While decorating her mobile home she had a terrible accident unfortunately on November 24th, She was trying to hang Christmas decorations, God knows how happy she was and exited for such time of the year coming our way, but unfortunately while she was going up the ladder, one of her legs did not respond and she fell down breaking her knee pretty badly and fracturing several parts of her bones, i was decorating the other side of our home when i heard the big loud sound when she hit the floor and i couldn’t do anything to help her but just to call 911 . I was terrorized to see how badly injured she was her pain was so severe and i did not want to cause any more of her injuries by moving her, the leg and knee was very damaged and we were told by the doctor that several surgeries are going to be needed for her to recover so she can go back to walk again in a few months or a year. We were told we will be having a long journey and that she will have to take many therapies as well.

We are raising funds to support my wife’s expenses, rehabilitation, surgeries, medications and necessary home modifications and daily expenses, my wife and I do not have any health insurance and this really complicates our living. The recovery journey will be long and challenging, but with the little support we receive, we can help my wife to adapt to her new life.

My wife for those who known her is very humble and sweet and even with this horrible situation her faith is very strong, we believe that with your support and kindness she will overcome these obstacles and continue to thrive. We plead your kindness and generosity in this difficult time, anything small for us would make a huge difference to continue this journey to recovery.
