HELP SILVERIO GO BACK TO HIS FAMILY

Hello, my name is Alejandra Constantino and I am raising funds to help Mr. Silverio Vicente Pelico pay the bail that was imposed on him when he was detained during a hearing of his immigration process. Mr. Silverio, his wife Erica and their children Patty (9) and Franklyn (5) migrated from Guatemala to the United States 4 years ago looking for better life opportunities. In all that time Mr. Silverio has dedicated himself to working honestly to cover the expenses of his family, has fully complied with the laws of this country, has contributed without fail to the payment of his taxes and has had exemplary conduct. 9 months ago, the family received their first baby (Emy) born in this country.

Mr. Silverio hired a lawyer and initiated a process to regularize his immigration situation. With advice from his lawyer and as part of his legal process, he attended a hearing on March 20, 2023. His lawyer notified him that it was just a routine hearing. Surprisingly, Mr. Silverio was arrested during the hearing and was imposed with a bail of $10,000.00 to be released.

His family does not have the resources to pay the bail because Mr. Vicente is the only person with income in the family. In addition to the payment of the bail, the Vicente family needs to continue paying the day-to-day expenses.

For this reason, this family needs our help. Any amount is significant at this time.

Hola mi nombre es Alejandra Constantino y estoy ayudando a la familia Vicente a recaudar fondos para ayudar al señor Silverio Vicente Pelico a pagar la fianza que se le impuso al ser detenido durante una audiencia de su proceso migratorio. El señor Silverio, su esposa Erica y sus hijos Patty (9) y Franklyn (5), migraron de Guatemala a Estados Unidos hace 4 años buscando mejores oportunidades de vida. En todo ese tiempo, Silverio se ha dedicado a trabajar honestamente para solventar los gastos de su familia, así mismo, ha cumplido cabalmente con las leyes de este país, ha contribuido sin falta con el pago de sus impuestos y ha tenido una conducta ejemplar. Hace 9 meses, la familia recibió a su primer bebé (Emy) nacida en este país.

El señor Silverio inició un proceso para regularizar su situación migratoria, asesorado por un abogado. Como parte de su proceso legal, el señor Vicente asistió a una audiencia el día 20 de marzo de 2023. Su abogado le notificó que se trataba sólo de una audiencia de rutina. Sorpresivamente, el señor Silverio fué detenido durante la audiencia y le fué impuesta una fianza de $10,000.00 para ser liberado.

Su familia no tiene los recursos para solventar el pago de la fianza debido a que el señor Vicente es la única persona con ingreso en la familia. Aunado al pago de la fianza, la familia Vicente requiere continuar solventando los gastos del día a día.

Por esta razón, esta familia necesita de nuestra ayuda. Cualquier monto es significativo en estos momentos.
