Silver Property Care LLC is a Philadelphia property-maintenance company built on hands-on experience, hard work, consistency, and a simple belief: skilled trades can change lives.

We are not starting from scratch. Silver Property Care already provides repair, turnover, preventive property care, and maintenance support for landlords, property managers, investors, and property owners throughout the Philadelphia area. We have the experience, the demand, and a growing mission. What we need now is more field capacity.

OUR FIRST MILESTONE: PUT A DEPENDABLE WORK TRUCK ON THE ROAD

Our immediate fundraising goal is $10,000 to help secure a suitable work truck and put it into service. We have identified a vehicle that fits the type of work we perform, and this first milestone is focused on the cash needed to secure it and make it work-ready.

Funds raised toward this milestone are intended for vehicle acquisition or down-payment costs, registration and insurance startup costs, and the initial setup needed to carry tools, equipment, and materials safely. Final amounts will depend on the actual closing and setup costs, and we will keep supporters updated as the milestone is completed.

If this first $10,000 milestone is reached and the campaign continues to receive support, the next phases will focus on professional tools and safety equipment, hiring and technician training, and building a more formal apprenticeship-style pathway. A longer-term goal is to establish a separate nonprofit focused specifically on workforce development and skilled-trade opportunity.

Silver Property Care LLC is an operating for-profit small business, and transparency matters to us. This fundraiser supports the company’s transportation, equipment, and workforce-development capacity. Any future nonprofit would be established and managed as a separate organization.
