My name is Silva, I'm 15 and I have a few health issues. I have ADHD, Tourette's syndrome, and Functional Neurological Disorder. I am currently being investigated because I have recently had an increase in my joint pain and frequent fainting spells. My father is disabled and my mother has had to give up work to be our carer, so we don't have a lot of income coming in.

I have set up this fundraiser to help fund a breath work treatment course devised by a friend of ours who is a qualified practitioner and is offering me the sessions for less than half price. I need this treatment to help regulate my oxygen flow to help stop my fainting spells. This is a new treatment which isn't available on the NHS.

I need to increase my mobility to help stop my fainting but due to my ongoing joint pain, I need a walker mobility aid to do this. We have spent all our savings so far on a wheelchair, crutches, and other mobility aids.

Any amount you can donate would be super helpful because I want to continue with my college courses in September and I need to have better health to do this.
