Hi! I’m Silas, and I have a rare neurological disorder that has caused me to have regular seizures, memory loss, confusion, and a whole boatload of other neurological symptoms. Right now, I’m relearning how to walk.

Ever since I got sick, I have been extremely reliant on others around me to keep me safe. I don’t feel comfortable going anywhere without someone close who knows what to do if I have a seizure or help me get somewhere safe. With a service dog, I would gain back so much independence. Please help me afford a service dog so I can live a more normal and independent life.
