Help Sikara Get Emergency Surgery Please!

Donation protected
Hi our names are Chris and Jacob, this is our little girl Sikara, she is only 3 and half years old and has been unfortunately diagnosed with Spontaneous Pneumothorax.
~Sikaras Backstory ~
Sikara found her forever home with us after we had searched for a partner in crime for our older husky Nala, at the time we were looking for a re-home or a rescue and my mother found Sikara locally as a re-home ad on Craigslist. After setting up the meet with Sikaras previous owners at the local dog park it became obvious quickly to Jake and myself that Sikara had been abused in her previous home, she was skin and bones and her coat felt like horse hair. When Sikara exited her previous owners vehicle she was erratically running back and forth away from the people who brought her and as soon as my fiancé knelt down sikara literally jumped into his arms, we knew instantly we had to rescue this puppy of only 6 months from this abusive home.
Once home Sikara took some time to trust people again but we worked with her everyday and her new best friend nala was going to show her all the ropes on being a good pup! These two pups are now inseparable and go absolutely everywhere together, ying and yang as we affectionately call them. Sikara had a hard start and has always been a fighter but now she needs all of our help to get through this next fight.
~The Fight~
Pneumothorax is when small areas of her lungs allow air to escape into her chest cavity causing pressure and not allowing her lungs to fully expand until they collapse. This comes on suddenly and with no warning when it’s spontaneous, but thankfully we noticed her change in breathing in time to get her to the emergency vet and take action. Sikara has already undergone a blood clotting procedure that hasn’t worked and now we must move on to more invasive surgery. We want to give our little girl the best care possible but the surgery is more expensive then we could have ever imagined, please help us so we can see our little girl run and play again and have a long life.
~What Sikara Needs~
The vet has informed us that exploitative surgery will need to be done to find these leaks and hopefully correct the problem. This surgery is expensive and has a high probability of complications. We are seeking the money to cover her medical costs and her follow up visits to ensure she has a long and healthy life moving forward. Any help is greatly appreciated!
