Sigma Alpha Mu’s legacy at the University of Maryland is rich with tradition, brotherhood, and memories that have shaped countless lives. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our alumni, parents, and friends, we have achieved something remarkable: we brought our chapter home to 2 Fraternity Row for the first time in two decades.
But moving back in is only the beginning. The funds we’ve already raised were dedicated to acquiring the house and furnishing its common spaces—living areas, dining room, and library. Now, we face the equally important task of preparing our bedrooms and student spaces and ensuring the chapter has the resources it needs to grow and thrive.
Your support today will help us:
- Refurnish bedrooms so that every brother has a comfortable, functional space to call home.
- Invest in recruitment (rush) activities that will build the next generation of leaders and strengthen our chapter’s future.
- Support chapter growth and programming, giving students the tools and experiences that make fraternity life so meaningful.
Although we’ve raised a lot already, every dollar has been fully committed to acquisition and common-area furnishing. Right now, we have little left to spare for bedrooms and growth initiatives. That’s why we need your continued support.
