We need your help. Rebuilding our lives back in Seattle, moving out of Portland, has been difficult. Most notably, our very full U-Haul being stolen. All large art pieces, electronics, art supplies to support livelihood, my mattress, vital records, car title, books, clothes, etc. gone and needing replacement. SPD and U-Haul were able to recover the abandoned truck a couple days later and some of our furniture belongings, though everything was ransacked and a lot of recovered items damaged. Almost everything of sentimental value lost or destroyed. We are asking for support to replace just the bare necessities as well as to help cover the additional hardships of another truck we were forced to rent to move recovered items from the stolen one into our storage, the storage unit, the temporary housing we've been living in as we work pt looking for ft work and securing a permanent home; and simply to help get us out of this state of emergency.
