Help Siena Get Back On The Road

Donation protected

Hey ya’ll, this beautiful soul needs our support. If you haven’t had the chance to meet Siena, you’re missing out. She is truly a beam of light and joy seems to naturally follow her. She first started her nomadic journey in June of 2023 when she bought her first van and built it out herself and, by some afternoon of universal magic, Siena stumbled upon our Vansgiving event at random and beautiful friendships were born.

Vanlife is often romanticized but comes with its fair share of hardships. From breakdowns in the middle of nowhere, to combating getting unstuck from that epic camp spot you drove miles down a dirt road to get to, this lifestyle comes with its own unique set of challenges.

With the intentions of upgrading to a more permanent and reliable vehicle, Sienna recently sold her van and bought a pop-up truck camper. Unfortunately, since switching rigs, the road has been a bit bumpy.

On her way to Moab to meet up with some fellow Nomies her rooftop partially blew off, leaving her somewhat stranded. Luckily enough friends were nearby and the community came together and lent a hand, getting the roof re-secured. Unfortunately that wasn’t the end of the story. Fast forward a few days later and the roof blew off AGAIN, but this time completely. It ripped the canvas, ripped out all of her wiring, broke several of her cabinets which contained irreplaceable sentimental items, and dented the front corner of the rooftop, compromising the overall integrity of the camper. It’s now in desperate need of repairs and upgrades before she’ll be able to hit the road again. Her home is in need of some love and she is in need of our support. It may even be likely that Siena will have to find a new camper to live in.

One of the most beautiful things about living on the road is the community we’re surrounded by and the support we provide for each other. Through this whole process Siena has approached the situation with such grace and strength, let’s not make her do it alone. Please donate what you can to help get Siena back on the road.
