My sweet old husky, Shylah, the OG of the house. I rescued her off of the streets 7 years ago and she is the funniest and sweetest girl. She usually does not let her age stop her. I took her to the vet today after discovering a cyst/tumor on the side of her face that has been irritating to her. Our vet is concerned enough to recommend removing it as soon as possible. I am understandably concerned because she is approximately 14 years old and they will need to put her under anesthesia for it. The surgery on the high end with sending it off for histology is estimated to be $831. I will and always do figure things out when it comes to my fur kids. But I would be grateful for the help.
