Help Shykea and Jai'Miere's Recovery Journey

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this story. I am Alicia McMillan and our West Emory team is looking to raise money for one of our amazing teachers, Shykea Hodge. Her son, Jai'Miere, was involved in a terrible firework accident over the holiday.

Shykea and Jai'Miere are currently at Vanderbilt Hospital, where he is receiving care for extensive burns. Shykea is a mother of three and unable to work at the moment, due to needing to remain at Vanderbilt with her son. We are asking for any donations possible to help this family navigate through the surgeries and care he will need in the coming weeks. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated.
