Shuggy is my beloved cat and emotional support companion. She has been by my side through some of the toughest moments in my life, and in my heart, I feel like she is my feline soulmate. Recently, Shuggy developed a knot in her right hind leg and started limping. Concerned, I took her to the vet, where they discovered her lymph node was swollen. After a biopsy, the vet told me it could be lymphoma or an infection. Shuggy was prescribed Clavamox, a strong antibiotic, and she completed two rounds, but her lymph node is still swollen and she continues to limp.
Since her vet visit two and a half weeks ago, Shuggy has started losing her eyesight. I live paycheck to paycheck, and right now I don’t have the funds to take her back to the vet for further testing and treatment. The thought of not being able to help her because of financial constraints is heartbreaking. Shuggy means everything to me—she is my emotional support baby, and I am terrified that by the time I get paid again, she may no longer be with me.
Any funds raised will go directly to Shuggy’s vet bills, testing, and medication. Your support will help her get the care she desperately needs. Any help that I can get will mean more than the world to me. I will forever be grateful to anyone who helps me.
