It is with deep sorrow that we share this update. On Monday January 5th at approximately 5:00 p.m., Shruti passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, following a short battle with complications from Myocarditis. We kindly ask that you keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

Writing this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. This past week has been unimaginably difficult for so many of us. Shruti—a devoted daughter, sister, wife, friend, and loving mother—has been fighting for her life.

This has been an overwhelming and heartbreaking time for everyone who loves her. With so much uncertainty ahead, I started this GoFundMe to help support her husband and their two young children during what comes next. Our hope is to ease the financial burden he is facing so he can focus on what matters most right now—being there for their two boys.
