Shrimp is my orange and white domestic shorthair cat, and he’s been a source of so much joy since I adopted him from the shelter after he spent three long months waiting for a home. Shrimp has FIV and a cleft palate, which makes life a little more complicated for him. The cleft palate puts him at risk for infections, and because of his FIV, those infections can be especially dangerous. Despite these challenges, Shrimp is a loving, resilient companion who deserves the best chance at a healthy, happy life.
Recently, our vet recommended surgery to remove all of Shrimp’s back teeth. This procedure will help prevent the painful infections he’s been struggling with and make it easier for him to eat without discomfort. The thought of him finally being able to enjoy his meals without pain means the world to me, and I want to do everything I can to give him that relief.
The funds raised will go directly toward Shrimp’s vet bill for his teeth removal surgery. I am so grateful for any support you can offer—your kindness will help Shrimp live a more comfortable life. Thank you so much for all of your help! Shrimp will be so grateful to not have to be in pain anymore when he eats. Your generosity means more than words can even say.
