Shortbread Society is America’s only premier luxury shortbread, built on passion, craftsmanship, and community. Over the past five years, we’ve grown from a small, founder-led idea into a nationally loved brand, proving there is a place for truly elevated shortbread done differently. None of this would have been possible without the people who believed in us from the very beginning.
Now, we’ve reached an exciting turning point. After years of searching, we’re moving forward with our next chapter. We’re securing our dream kitchen within a historic site, a space that allows us to produce at the highest level while laying the groundwork for the ultimate Shortbread Society destination. This space gives us room to grow thoughtfully and bring our vision to life in a way that finally feels aligned with where we’re headed.
We’re currently working through the formal financing process to secure this space and are raising funds to strengthen our down payment and overall liquidity. Every contribution will go directly toward business-related costs associated with securing and establishing this kitchen, including down payment and closing expenses. This is a flexible funding campaign, and all funds raised will be used toward this purpose.
Everyone who supports this next chapter will be invited to a private preview of our new space once we’re up and running. You’ll also receive special email updates along the way, including behind-the-scenes progress and videos as the space comes together. We’ll be recognizing our supporters on a dedicated page of our website, and you’ll be considered an exclusive VIP member of the Shortbread Society.
All contributions are considered gifts to support our journey. There are no goods, services, or guaranteed benefits offered in return. Your generosity helps us take this meaningful next step, and we’re deeply grateful for your belief in us.
Warmly,
Chef Scottish Francis & Christine Legge
