Help Shontella Breathe Again
~A rare fight against CTEPH ~
Her Story
Our beloved Shontella is battling Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) — a rare, life-threatening condition that has stolen her breath, her energy, and her independence. Everyday moments that many of us take for granted — walking across a room, laughing with family, climbing a few steps — have become overwhelming challenges.
THERE IS HOPE: Her Surgical Procedure
Pulmonary Thromboendarterectomy.
A complex and highly specialized surgery can give her the chance to live. But this miracle requires not just medical expertise, but also resources beyond what she and her family can manage alone.
✈️ Why We Need Your Help
This journey means traveling to one of the only medical centers in the world capable of performing this life-saving surgery. Along the way, there are many costs not fully covered by insurance, including:
✅ Travel & Transportation to and from the hospital
✅ Short Term Lodging near the surgical center during recovery
✅ Meals for her and family while away to help her regain strength
✅ Ongoing Medical Care & Medications
Every donation goes directly toward lifting this heavy burden so Shontella can focus on healing instead of worrying about finances.

️ A Message of Hope
Shontella has always been a source of love and strength for all of us around her. Even in her hardest moments, she has continued to uplift us with her courage, kindness and laughter. Now, it’s our turn to uplift her.
With your generosity, she can finally have the chance to breathe deeply, laugh fully, and live vibrantly again. For those of us that know her, a Shontella that can’t breathe, laugh or talk is not the Shontella we are used to. Let’s join together to help Shontella fight this debilitating disease.
