Hi, my name is Shontay Williams, and I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been accepted into a 6-month culinary internship in France—an incredible opportunity that will allow me to grow both professionally and personally in one of the world’s most renowned culinary destinations.

This internship is more than just a career step—it's a lifelong dream coming true. I’ve worked hard to get to this point, and I’m committed to bringing everything I learn back to my community and kitchen. While the internship itself has a small stipend, I will be gaining invaluable hands-on experience that will shape the next chapter of my journey as a chef.
