Our dear friend Shon is facing a heartbreaking battle with cancer. As the illness has progressed, it has robbed him of his ability to work and stripped away the stability we all deserve—shelter, rest, and peace.

Shon is currently living day to day in a modest motel, fighting to cover the cost of a roof over his head while enduring the pain and toll of this disease. He’s sold nearly everything he owns just to survive. Each day is a struggle to meet the basic needs most of us take for granted—food, rest, and a safe place to sleep.

We are praying fiercely for healing, but we also know that miracles often begin with people helping people.
