Help shivs get a car

Hello friends and family (and any strangers! I'm an amputee living off of assistance) I'm raising money for myself for a car very similar to the one in this picture. It's a 94 Honda Civic that my dear friend has offered to me. I need to get the catalytic converter fixed (1000 bucks). And then I need to register it, get it smog checked and get insurance. I'm asking for this money to pay for all this stuff. 
I get disability and don't have any extra money at all. But having a car would change my life drastically. In so many innumerable ways.
