Help Shiloh and Family Get Back on the Road

This is for my good friend/sister, Shiloh and her family. Shiloh lives up in the islands and has no transportation currently. Her 20-something-year-old car has given up. The parts and labor are said not to be worth fixing the car, but also very expensive. Either way, our girl needs some help! School and winter are around the corner.
