Help Shihan Steve Twemlow get to New Zealand

Anyone in the Topeka community associated at all with martial arts knows the profound impact the Twemlow family and The School of Martial and Meditative Arts has had over the years. They have dedicated their lives to developing and promoting not just athletes but people with strong character and strong minds with a collective goal to improve our community.

As Steve’s father began to show signs of Dementia, Steve knew that he had to do whatever it took to keep his father’s legacy alive. He has dedicated his life, sacrificed monetary and material belongings, to continue Dr Stuart’s life work. This does not afford Steve the ability to do many things that most of us would be able to do.

Dr Stuart Twemlow has suffered a massive stroke and is declining rapidly. Steve is unable to afford the flight to New Zealand and 2 week quarantine in order to be able to see him one last time, tell him how much he loves him and learned from him. To say goodbye.

I am starting this go fund me in hopes that we can raise enough money to send him over there. Steve has done so much for so many, I hope we can pull together to make this happen for him.
