My name is Sheryl Marshall. I am 76 years old and living in Los Angeles County. I have survived four strokes and a brain aneurysm, and I currently live on Social Security and a small pension. At this time, I am living in my van while trying to manage my health and finances as best as I can.

I am now facing a severe dental crisis. My lower teeth are infected and deteriorating, and the pain has reached a level 10 out of 10. It has become so intense that it is affecting my ability to eat properly and is beginning to impact my digestive system. I already wear a full upper denture, and my dentist has determined that my remaining lower teeth must be extracted. The treatment requires multiple extractions, bone grafting, and lower dental reconstruction with implants to eliminate infection and restore basic function.

I have been incredibly grateful to receive a dental grant, which covers the majority of the procedure. However, I am responsible for the remaining costs. Given my fixed income and current living situation, I simply do not have the ability to cover this amount. The dentist is located in Sherman Oaks, and I will also need help with gasoline and transportation for multiple visits.

I am asking for help to cover my remaining portion and travel costs so I can receive this medically necessary treatment and finally be free from constant pain.
