On March 8th 2026 my dear friends were shaken by a tragic accident that left their son/grandson 24 year old Rylan Lennox with a severe traumatic brain injury.

After falling and striking his head, Rylan suffered a brain bleed and was rushed to the hospital where he remains in the ICU under critical care. First surgery upon arrival, and another to remove a section of his skull due to the high intracranial pressure.

Rylan is currently in a medically induced coma as doctors work around the clock to stabilize him and protect his brain from further injury. After hoping to bring him out of the medically induced coma without luck they performed more tests when Doctors discovered a dangerous buildup of air between his brain and skull, which has been causing dangerously high intracranial pressure (ICP). To help reduce the pressure, he is currently receiving 100% oxygen therapy while the medical team carefully monitors his condition.

Right now, the future is uncertain.

This fundraiser is being organized by friends who care deeply about Sherry and her son, Rylan. Like most parents, Sherry was hesitant to let others step in and ask for help on her behalf. But right now her only priority needs to be and is to be at Rylan's bedside while he fights the biggest battle of his life. Stepping away from work during a medical crisis like this brings overwhelming financial pressure, and we want to make sure she can stay exactly where she needs to be...with her son.

• Meals and day-to-day expenses during this crisis

• Future rehabilitation and recovery costs

• Any unforeseen expenses during his long road ahead

Rylan is a loved son, grandson, brother, father to 3 young children, nephew, friend, and member of a family that cares deeply for him. The road ahead will not be easy, but he is surrounded by people who believe in his strength.
