I decided that I needed to start a GoFundMe because I just found out from my lawyer only a few weeks ago that my previous lawyers did not pay my handwriting analysis lady the money to come up here for court!

She charges $4000.

I know they charged me for that when I paid for my handwriting analysis report to be paid before all this was to happen because I have my handwriting analysis report!

I never knew they had not paid her until recently for her to be here for court!

Now I have a new lawyer and he is just finding this news out!

We are supposed to go to court October 20 & 21 to finish this out with the house issues and have the judge veto that fraudulent deed out and put things back in my name. I really need some help.

The handwriting analysis lady charges $4000 to be here for two days. That will pay for her getting up here, her food for two days, her hotel room, and for her to testify on my behalf so that the judge will throw out that fraudulent transfer on death that I know John did not sign, and that she states in her analysis report, "John definitely did not sign that."

Which I knew he didn’t, but I don’t have a degree on the wall, so I had to hire her and that’s what she has found out through forensics, and it is not John's handwriting.

She has a very good reputation. She’s won over 250 court cases here and even my new lawyer said he was very happy that I hired her because she is very, very, very thorough with her work.

It’s so embarrassing to even ask for help again and I love and appreciate those who have been there for me before. You don’t know how grateful I am for you and I really do appreciate your help, but I just don’t know how to come up with this in such short notice and it’s adding to my stress!

friends I’m asking if you could and would please help me out by donating to my go fund me here … please help me reach this goal so I can add to some money that I’ve been able to save up and bring to my lawyer so we can get this handwriting analysis, lady Ms. Peggy Walla paid up and she can show up for me to testify in court that my husband never signed his name on any deed to our house to anybody!!! I’m in a crucial situation right now and I definitely have to have this money so she will be here and we can go to court and the judge will fix the forgery, put the house back in my name like John wanted in the first place and maybe I can start to breathe again!!

I hope and pray that none of you ever have to go through anything like I’ve gone through in the last three years because it’s been pure hell!!

I do appreciate those who have been there for me through my darkest hours. You know what I’ve been through and I’m grateful that you’re here with me still.!!

This has been a stressful nightmare for me. It has affected my health and I haven’t slept well in almost 3 years because of all of this stuff going on. I don’t know why his family has done this except they’re trying to hide something else, but I really need help here and I’m asking you to please, if you can find it in your heart to help me out, I would really appreciate it.

I’ve gotta get this taken care of as soon as possible, and I didn’t know what else to do except to do a GoFundMe.

I have faith my friends will come through for me and I really do appreciate you all!! I’ll keep you up-to-date.
