I had to resign from my job due to a medical issue. My health is giving me problems and right now I'm physically unable to work. I've fallen into a deep depression and it's taking a toll on me. I'm just asking for a little help so I can fix my car and move back close to my children. I'm so tired of the pain and can't stand on my feet anymore to work. I'm falling to pieces and just asking for a little help so I can go and get the help that I need.

The help I'm asking for will go towards fixing an oil leak in my car, relocation expenses, medical care, and food. I need to leave so I can get the medical care that I need.
