My cousin Sherry and her husband Mike came home to their house engulfed with flames over Labor Day weekend. Her dogs and cat were inside the smoke filled home and with the help of the North Port Fire Department they were able to rescue the dogs and resuscitate the cat and thankfully all survived.

Sherry and Mike have lost everything in their home. They have no clothes or personal items, and all other items that filled their home are now burned to ashes.
