My name is Sheron, and I’m reaching out for help for myself and the two adults I live with, one of whom is disabled. We recently moved so my nephew could be closer to his dad, who was battling lung cancer. Sadly, he passed away just a week after we arrived. Since then, things have been incredibly difficult for us emotionally and financially.

I was working for DoorDash while searching for a new job, but my car broke down and I haven’t been able to work. With one of us being disabled, it’s even more challenging to keep up with everything. We’re now facing overdue bills—rent, water, electricity, and phone—and it’s been overwhelming trying to stay afloat. The part for my car is supposed to arrive soon, but even then, I’m not sure if that will fix everything. We’re doing our best to stay hopeful, but we need some help to get through this tough time.
