Sheri is 79 years old with oral cancer and she never smoked a day in her life! The cancer spread into her jawbone and the tissues and glands of her mouth and neck. She had part of her jawbone cut out and her glands and all the tumors removed. However she still has a long fight ahead. She had skin grafts for the surgical repair that need to heal. She will then start chemotherapy. The medical bills are adding up quickly…. And she will be in the hospital for at least two weeks. She also has the costly expense of moving from Colorado back to the east coast so she can be taken care of by her family. In addition to medical bills and moving expenses she has a 26 year old vehicle that needs $1500. worth of work done to it as well.
