I never imagined I would be in this position, but life has thrown more at me than I could have prepared for. Over two years ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly, and since then, my income has dropped substantially. I managed to get by, but it was always a struggle. Then, last October, my paid-off Toyota Prius engine burned up, forcing me to take out a large loan for a replacement. As if that wasn’t enough, more repairs were needed, and I couldn’t get my car back for almost four months. Just two days after the car troubles began, I faced an urgent electrical repair, followed by three more electrical issues that added to my expenses.

On top of all this, my Border Collie needed emergency surgery eight months ago. More recently, she was diagnosed with cancer, resulting in more vet bills that I simply cannot pay right now. I have exhausted all my credit options while also running the ranch and trying to keep everything together. I’m not asking for help with all of these expenses—just enough to get through until June 1st and try to repair my credit.
