Shenae Watson, a proud law enforcement officer and dedicated CrossFitter from CrossFit Western Front, QLD, has just achieved something incredible — 2nd place worldwide in the 2025 CrossFit Everyday Hero Service Cup, competing against active and retired service members from across the globe.

This competition isn’t just about fitness. It’s about celebrating those who serve and protect — the everyday heroes who dedicate their lives to keeping communities safe. CrossFit has always stood shoulder to shoulder with service members, honoring them through special events and providing the training that equips them for the demands of their challenging roles.

Now, Shenae’s journey continues.

By finishing as the fittest female law enforcement officer in Australia, she has earned the opportunity of a lifetime: heading to Cookeville, Tennessee to compete at CrossFit Mayhem — home of legends — for Phase 2 of the Everyday Hero Service Games on November 15th, 2025.

Even more exciting, Shenae is teaming up with Megan Apostoleris, the 1st place worldwide finisher. Together, they’ll represent not only Australia, QPS & CFWF but also the global law enforcement community on one of the biggest stages in service sport.
