Today, my beautiful friend went to be with God. Please keep her husband Robert, her children Lane and Savannah and all of the family and friends who loved her so dearly in your prayers. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Shelley Mohedano had no life insurance so if you are able to, there is still a large need for donation to help the family as they learn to navigate the world without her help. Please share this page and as any help is greatly appreciated.
❤️❤️❤️
Friends, Fellow Veterans, and loved ones, Shelley Mohedano, needs our help to win the fight against stage 3 lung cancer. Those of us who have been lucky enough to call Shelley our friend know that she is one of the most incredibly selfless and caring people there is, and she ALWAYS has your back … but now it’s time for us to come together and have hers!
This retired Air Force Airmen is a loving wife and mother who is not to be fooled with, and cancer will be no exception. Anyone that’s ever met her knows she’s as loving (and stubborn) as they come, so she would never ask for help, but the costs associated with the many many rounds of chemo and radiation she will be experiencing in the coming months can be extremely financially draining, which is why I feel compelled to ask for help for her.
Shelley will be in Houston for several months for both chemo and radiation treatment. Understandably, her family will need to travel there to be with her. There will be travel costs associated with those trips such as airfare, gas, family meals and lodging and that doesn’t include the work that will be missed by both Shelley and Robert. These are just a few things that scratch the surface of the financial drain this fight will cause, so I’m coming to our community to ask all of you to join me in helping to ease this financial burden so she, Rob and the kids can focus as much energy as possible on the fight she has ahead of her. Cancer doesn’t know what it’s in for against this woman! We’ve got your back Shelley! FU Cancer
