Help Shelley to fight breast cancer

Hi, my name is Shelley Dixon. I am a nurse and a few months ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and will have surgery within the next month or so (double mastectomy). The side effects from chemo have left me unable to work. I have applied for disability and other assistance; however, this is a long process and it is unknown if it will eventually be approved.

I have to travel approximately 100 miles round trip for treatment and medical appointments. Unfortunately, this has left me in a financial struggle at this time. Asking for help is the last thing I wanted to do, but I am in a place where I have no choice. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, friends.
