On May 27, 2026, our mom, Shelley, was involved in a catastrophic car accident that changed her life in an instant.

She suffered more than 30 traumatic injuries, including a shattered pelvis, multiple fractures, internal injuries, a collapsed lung, severe blood loss, blood clots, and injuries that required multiple surgeries and weeks in the ICU along with long days recovering in a rehab center as she fought bravely for her life.

Despite her incredible strength and the tireless fight she gave, Shelley sadly passed away.
