This is really hard for me to ask for help, my name is Shelby. I had an accident on a skateboard of all things and broke my left hip/ femur bone, I had to have emergency surgery to repair it about 11 weeks ago. Luckily, I had sick and annual leave and had funds saved so I thought I was going to make it. I am hoping they release me back to work in 2 weeks, but I am realizing that even once I start back I will owe to catch up paying for my medical/vision/ dental insurance while I’ve been out of work. That and all of the co pays/ Dr. appointments I’m just not going to make it and I’m not sure what else to do. I’m not even worried about all of the medical bills, just trying to make it until I get back to work as a single mother. I’ve been finding my faith the last few years and especially in all of this, I’m learning that it is okay to ask and need help so I guess here I am.
