My mom, Shelby, has always been the kind of person who pushes through anything life throws at her. For years she’s worked on her feet nonstop, rarely slowing down and never complaining, even when the pain became a daily struggle. Over time, that constant strain caused significant issues with her foot, and despite doing everything she could to manage it, her condition has now reached the point where surgery is the only option.

While the surgery will help her in the long run, it also means she won’t be able to work for an extended period of time.
