Help Shelby Get His Tow Truck Back Up & Running!

Portland crime is affecting small business owners and their ability to support their families. My friend Shelby has a small towing business and had his truck stolen before he could get it insured. He found the truck and is working to get it back, but it needs to be repaired. He has two kids to support and needs to get back to work. He needs $5000 to repair it to make it functional.
