On May 1st 2021 in Hibbing, MN, just one day after their wedding, Shelby and Gary Brill were in a tragic motorcycle accident. They hit gravel and lost control which resulted in the loss of a great man, friend, and father who many knew as Poncho. Shelby was treated for injuries and air lifted to the Duluth hospital where she spent two weeks trying to regain her memory of the incident as well as her strength. Together the newlyweds had 2 beautiful daughters, Harlee 4 and Emmalee 1.5. Emmalee was born with a rare genetic disorder called Bainbridge Ropers syndrome and has high medical care needs. Shelby is blessed to have her family and friends to help with the girls and support her through this very emotional time. It is hard to even imagine what she is going through. Please, I am asking for everyone's help in raising money for this beautiful family to help cover memorial expenses as well as medical and household bills during this time as they are down to one income now. It breaks my heart to see something like this happen to such an amazing family.
