I am facing a difficult chapter as my Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma has come out of remission, and I have begun treatment again. The costs are adding up fast, and I've lost income because I can't do childcare while going through treatment. It's a bit overwhelming to see bills pile up while trying to focus on my health and recovery.
The money raised will help cover medical bills, prescriptions, and co-pays. My prescription insurance is about to go into something known as the doughnut hole, which means my prescriptions will become much more expensive and some may not be covered at all for 3 to 6 months until I reach my out-of-pocket maximum. On top of that, my office visit co-pays and the cost of my oral cancer medication (Revlimid) add up quickly and are a constant worry. I honestly don't know yet what my co-pay for the infusions will be, but last time they were very high and I go weekly. This makes an already stressful situation even harder, and every bit of support will help me stay on track with my treatment and daily needs.
Thank you. Anything you can give is appreciated and will be used to pay bills that are starting to add up. I understand life is stressful and finances are tight right now. I appreciate you so much, whether you are able to give or not. If you can't donate money, then donate good and healthy vibes. And again, thank you, a million times.
