Help Sheila fight cancer: A journey of hope and healing
Donation protected
I'm reaching out today with a heavy heart, but also with hope and determination. For those who don't know me, I'm Sheila's daughter. Late last year, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 uterine cancer. While the road ahead is uncertain, we are determined to fight with everything we have. However, the costs associated with cancer treatment are staggering and we simply cannot do this alone. From chemotherapy and radiation, to surgeries and medications, the expenses add up quickly, and the financial burden is overwhelming. In addition to this devastating diagnosis, there have been additional hardships at home. The starter needed to be replaced on her car and the sewer pipes began leaking into the house. The plumber has given a quote of $27, 000 to replace the pipes leading to the road.
That's why I'm reaching out to you, my friends, family and community for support. Your donations will help cover the cost of her medical treatments, as well as other these other expenses. Since my mother has been out of work since November, every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in our journey towards healing.
But more than just financial support, we are asking for your prayers, positive thoughts and words of encouragement. Knowing that we have a community rallying behind us provides strength and courage to face each day with hope and optimism.
Thank you for supporting us on this challenging journey! Together we can overcome these obstacles and emerge stronger on the other side.
