She Was Always There for Others—Now She Needs Us Urgently
Hi everyone,
Sheena has always been someone who shows up for others with kindness, strength, and love. As she faces this fight, she needs that same support more than ever.
This message is being shared on behalf of Sheena and Danny during an incredibly urgent and life-altering time.
Sheena recently suffered a heart attack that changed everything in an instant. What was once a normal, stable life has suddenly become a daily fight for her health and recovery. Following this emergency, Sheena underwent quadruple bypass surgery, a major and invasive procedure that has left her needing intensive care, strength, and time to heal.
While there is immense gratitude that she is still here, Sheena now requires constant, around-the-clock care as she works through this critical stage of recovery.
At this time, Sheena needs 24/7 assistance. Danny has had no choice but to stop working entirely to care for her—supporting her every day, every hour, and making sure she is never alone. Sheena has been the primary breadwinner for their household, so this has resulted in a sudden and complete loss of income.
The situation is made even more emotional by the fact that Sheena is about to turn 50. A special birthday celebration is still planned in her honor—something that had already been thoughtfully arranged and paid for ahead of time. What was meant to be a joyful milestone surrounded by loved ones will now look very different as she focuses on healing.
As Sheena continues her recovery, the financial strain is building quickly. Emergency care, open-heart surgery, ongoing treatment, medications, and follow-up appointments are already creating a heavy burden. At the same time, everyday essentials—mortgage, utilities, groceries, and transportation—have not paused, even though their income has.
To help cover these urgent medical expenses and provide stability for the next few months while Sheena heals and Danny remains by her side, a goal of $12,500 has been set. This amount reflects the immediate need to stay afloat during this critical period of recovery and care.
They urgently need support.
Every donation—no matter how small—will go directly toward:
• Medical bills, surgery costs, treatments, and medications
• Monthly living expenses (mortgage, utilities, insurance)
• Basic needs and caregiving support
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this as widely as possible. Your support, whether through giving or sharing, truly makes a difference right now.
Thank you for your compassion, your prayers, and your generosity during this incredibly difficult time.
With sincere gratitude,
On behalf of Sheena & Danny
