Hi, my name is Sheena, and I’m a mother of two daughters who mean everything to me.

Right now, I am in the middle of a multi-state custody battle for my youngest daughter, and I am fighting to keep her in the stable, loving home she has here in California.

Since December 2025, she has been living with me, surrounded by family, consistency, and her older sister. I’ve worked hard to give her a safe and supportive environment during a difficult time, but now I have to defend that in court.

This case now involves both California and Virginia, which means I need legal representation in two states. The costs are overwhelming and continue to grow.

I am asking for help to cover:

Attorney fees in California and Virginia

Court and filing costs

Travel expenses for required hearings and visitation

My goal is simple: to be able to fully show up for my daughter and fight for what is in her best interest, her stability, her well-being, and her future.

This is incredibly hard for me to ask. But I’m doing everything I can to protect my daughter and give her the life she deserves. I am working and contributing every dollar I have towards my attorney fees, but even with that it's become more than I can manage.
