Help Sheba, Our Brave Cat, Heal

Sheba Lorraine Croucher is our 4.5 year old cat who is an absolute huntress and is normally incredibly strong and feisty. She is an indoor cat, but she still does occasionally catch mice, and recently we noticed a pest control van at our neighbors house. We think she may have caught a poisoned mouse, as she rapidly presented with symptoms such as extreme drooling, coughing, sneezing, lethargy, twitching, and aggression. We live paycheck to paycheck, and do not have any resources to be able to get her professional help. For this reason we sought home remedies, and gave her small doses of hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting and tried to get as much water in her as we could. The drooling stopped, but she has began wheezing horribly, and we are worried she may have inhaled some drool which caused a respiratory infection. We have tried keeping her in the extra steamy bathroom, as well as small doses of an Albuterol inhaler, but the wheezing has not improved and she is no longer showing interest in food or water. We have called all over town and the vets all require payment up front, and several "emergency vet hospitals" didn't have an available appointment and would not accept payment plans. We have applied for Care Credit assistance and been denied, and our home remedies are not offering any progress or relief for her. We are asking for any help we can get to help her get professional treatment as soon as possible. We have been quoted $70 for an appointment and $200 for basic testing, so we are asking for the funds to cover basic costs and hopefully cover treatment to get our baby girl the help she needs. Please consider helping her, as we are at the end of our ropes doing what we can to help her and it is quite scary to know that we cannot do that alone.
