Help Shea's Final Dance to Heaven's Gates
Donation protected
* Shea has passed now passed away to be united with God, our parents and our grandparents.
Shea is still with us but we are preparing for her dance to Heaven’s Gates!
Shea’s story! Shea came into this world fighting to live with a diagnosis of Downs Syndrome which led to open heart surgery at 9 months old and has she’s been striving and reaching goals ever since.
Then the past 16 months happened and Shea has drastically gone from dancing to only a short time to live on hospice. First, she lost her beloved Grandmother, Joyce Hughes, whom Shea lived next door to the majority of her life and saw everyday. Then 2 months later we unexpectedly lost our mother, Elizabeth Keene, to an unexpected massive heart attack and unfortunately Shea was the one who found her. Ever since these incidents occurred Shea has gone downhill rapidly. She suffers from Parkinson’s disease, depression, early onset Alzheimer’s, type 1 diabetics and as well as seizures then had an accident where she broke her ankle and had to have external rods installed. Shea has not recovered from the infection she developed after the rods were removed. She has had to endure multiple surgeries and long term hospital stays fighting for her life. During her last hospital stay many issues were found with her heart and she was placed on hospice and sent home to live out the short remainder of her life with her family (her only sibling Blaine Anderson, BIL Patrick, and 2 nieces as well as her aunts, uncles and cousins).
As her sister I want to give Shea the proper burial she deserves, but have very limited funds to do so. I have not worked the last month, I am a teacher, in order to care for Shea properly and have missed several other days to take Shea to dr visits, therapy’s, etc. Everyone is asking how they can help and I am reaching out to all asking for donations toward her end of life celebration as well as other debt accrued for her care. Shea loves everyone and never met a stranger, I want her life to mean something and to show people her passion for life. Please help by donating for Shea so we can give her what she deserves in her final resting place.
Yes, she is still living but this money will be set aside in an account for her burial and any extra cost she may have accumulated with her various sicknesses.
We buried our father 10 years ago due to prostrate cancer, our mother just over a year ago due to a massive heart attack and now at any moment we are preparing to say goodbye to Shea. She deserves a proper burial with a proper resting spot as well as a nice headstone. As her only sibling I have hit a finical wall with all the added expenses I took on when I took Shea in( and would not have it any other way) and truly ask for you to help us, help Shea have all the she deserves in her final resting place with all the Shea touches, of course! She loves everyone and everyone loves Shea. Please help us make her final dance on earth beautiful. If you are unable to give then please say a prayer for Shea and our family. With my highest regard- Blaine Keene Anderson
