Shayla is my 10-month-old cat and a brand new mama to a litter of kittens. She is the most gentle, sweetest soul and loves her babies so much. Shayla spends all day caring for her kittens, to the point where we have to hand feed her because she refuses to leave them alone. She loves car rides at night and never stops purring, even through tough times.

Recently, Shayla developed a severe infection in her eye, and the vet told us she needs surgery to have it removed. Unfortunately, we just don’t have the money to cover it. On top of that, the medication she’s on means she can’t breastfeed her kittens, so we also need to buy milk to keep her babies healthy and strong.

We love Shayla so much and want to give her the best chance at recovery so she can continue being the amazing mom she is.
