Cancer fund to help Shay stay in her home .

Hi. I'm Joy St. John Chapman. My little sister, Sheri (Shay) St. John, has cancer that has metastasized to her brain, lungs, renal glands, and bones. Miraculously, the brain stem lesions responded to chemo and radiation and are gone! The rest of her cancers have not responded to treatments, so her doctor stopped them and recommended that she go in to Hospice. She has struggled with Lupus for most of her life and thought she would be able to maintain independence through this cancer like she's done with the Lupus. The cancer is stronger than she is and has pulled her down quickly. She has just gotten on Home Hospice care. She so badly wants to stay in her residence through the final stages, but rent, utilities, and other personal and household expenses are barely being kept paid. I am asking for assistance with these expenses, so she can have some peace from worrying about these responsibilities through the end of her life. If you can't give financially, I fully understand. Prayers for her to have comfort and peace of mind during her remaining time would be greatly appreciated.
