Help Shay recover from Head on Collision!

Hi my name is Jamie. Shay Mullins is my goddaughter. She was involved in a head-on collision on February 7 , 2023. She was taken to the hospital where she had emergency surgery for internal bleeding. She also had a broken bone in her spine. She was on a ventilator and in ICU for a week. She has had to undergo 4 surgeries . She is going to have to go through intense physical therapy and occupational therapy. It is going to be a long and expensive road to recovery. She is a kindhearted woman and would do anything for anyone. She was currently working as a server at Texas Roadhouse in East Peoria, Illinois while going to school.
