Hello, my name is Shawn Young. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. I had a kidney transplant in 2020. I'm having rejection and have to go back on dialysis and can't work. My wife is pregnant and due in November. Right now, she's the only one working. We could really use some help till I can get back to work.
